One could wonder if the character was modelled after this very critter as this wonderfully spherical bird so resembles "Red" from The Angry Birds movie. Though it fiercely claims its amazing girth is only the result of well-fluffed feathers, the bird's flawlessly circular profile is a masterwork of nature. Its little feet almost noticeable under the large fluff provide an almost humorous contrast that accentuates its appeal. Though the bird may object with angry chirps, the want to cuddle this feathered ball of delight is almost overpowering. Its look questions our knowledge of avian aerodynamics and also makes us wonder how something so fat could possibly get flying.
